If you need to discuss a return or refund, please call or email me first. I am here to help.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify me of your cancellation to return the goods.

Any bespoke commissions or personalised pieces are not refundable.

Please keep in mind that any item returned for a full refund must be returned unused & in the same condition as you received it.

Alternatively, if you would like to receive a credit or exchange, please let me know.

In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you have the choice of a full refund or we’re happy to exchange.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss or damage of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
